    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Korean gochujang sauce, plus additional for garnish
    ½ c. jarred hot kimchi, coarsely chopped
    ½ c. finely shredded red cabbage
    1 tbsp. chopped white onion
    6 Hy-Vee Meat Department beer bratwursts
    6 Hy-Vee Bakery brat buns, split
    Sliced green onions, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Stir together mayonnaise and gochujang sauce in a medium bowl. Add kimchi, cabbage and white onion; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    2. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat (350 degrees). Grill bratwursts for 15 to 18 minutes or until bratwursts reach 165 degrees, turning often.

    3. Serve brats in buns with kimchi mixture. Garnish with additional gochujang sauce and green onions, if desired.
