Directions
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
- For traditional brats, grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning often, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. If brats and grill begin to flame up, reduce heat to low.
- For skinless casein-free brats, grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- For brat patties, grill 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Serve brats on buns.
