These Mexican-style bratwursts start with grilling our juicy Hy-Vee Meat Department brats, then piling them high with a homemade avocado pico de gallo, Cotija cheese and cilantro. So fresh, quick and delicious!

Directions
Stir together tomatoes, avocado, red onion, jalapeño pepper, 1 Tbsp. cilantro and lime juice in a medium bowl; set pico aside.
Grill bratwursts for 15 to 18 minutes or until bratwursts reach 165 degrees, turning often.
Serve brats in buns with pico. Garnish with Cotija cheese and additional cilantro, if desired.
