1 lbs. fresh turkey breast, cooked & cubed (to equal 2 cups) | ||
1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee pasta shells |
Directions
- Cook onion, carrot and celery in a small amount of oil in a large saucepan, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Add chicken broth, water and salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil. Add turkey and pasta. Cover.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
