    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    ½ c. chopped onion
    1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
    1 celery, sliced
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
    2 c. water
    1 (0.7 oz) envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
    2 c. cooked, cubed turkey breast
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee large shells, uncooked

    Directions

    1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, carrot and celery and heat 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
    2. Add chicken broth, water and salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil.
    3. Add turkey and pasta. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
