15 Roma tomatoes
¾ medium red onion
2 clove(s) garlic
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 c. cilantro
10 chilies or 8 jalapeno peppers
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned black pepper salt


  1. Place tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, chilies, chili powder and salt in blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
  2. Transfer to 3 pint jars and process according to food safety guidelines or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
