1 (8 oz) can That's Smart pineapple tidbits
2 papayas, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 large green bell pepper, seeded and diced
⅓ c. diced yellow onion
2 tbsp. fresh chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select balsamic vinegar
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee red pepper flakes
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
Hy-Vee multi-grain tortilla chips, optional

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except chips.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
