Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper slices to skillet; cook until softened. Transfer mixture to a 9x13x2-inch foil pan.
- Add beer, brown sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to skillet. Bring mixture to boiling. Remove from heat and add mixture to foil pan. Add grilled brats to the pan; cover and keep warm until serving time.
Serve brats in buns topped with onion and pepper slices. If desired, garnish with sliced radishes and chopped chives.
