Festive Pepper Cheese Ball
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (8 oz) pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened|
|1 (4 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained|
|⅛ c. chopped green bell pepper|
|⅛ c. chopped red bell pepper|
|2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion|
|1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt|
|red and green pepper strips, for garnish|
|whole grain crackers, for serving|
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in pineapple, green pepper, red pepper, green onion and seasoned salt.
- Form into a ball. Cover and refrigerate several hours.
- Garnish with thinly sliced red and green bell pepper strips. Serve with whole grain crackers, if desired.
