    ½ c.Emmi Roth Emmentaler Swiss cheese, shredded
    ¼ c.roasted unsalted pistachios, chopped
    ¼ c.Hy-Vee dried cranberries
    Crackers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Beat cream cheese and Boursin cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

    2. Stir in grated Emmentaler Swiss cheese, chopped pistachios, and dried cranberries. Shape into a ball; refrigerate 10 minutes. Roll in additional chopped pistachios and dried cranberries before serving.
