Two-Cheese Cheese Ball
Servings and Ingredients
|1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, at room temperature|
|5 oz. cheddar cheese, at room temperature|
|2 tbsp. green olives, chopped|
|1 tbsp. chopped onion|
|1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce|
|½ tsp. garlic powder|
|½ c. chopped pecans|
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, green olives, onion, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
- Shape into a ball or a log. Roll in chopped pecans.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
