Servings and Ingredients
|¼ lbs. Velveeta cheese, grated|
|2 tbsp. margarine|
|½ c. milk|
|1 tbsp. mustard|
|¼ tsp. salt|
|8 eggs, lightly beaten|
|cheese slices, optional|
- Place Velveeta cheese on bottom of 7-by-11-inch baking dish. Dot with margarine.
- Mix milk, mustard and salt and pour over cheese. Pour beaten eggs on top. Pour remaining milk mixture over eggs. Top with slices of cheese, if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
