¼ lbs. Velveeta cheese, grated
2 tbsp. margarine
½ c. milk
1 tbsp. mustard
¼ tsp. salt
8 eggs, lightly beaten
cheese slices, optional


  1. Place Velveeta cheese on bottom of 7-by-11-inch baking dish. Dot with margarine.
  2. Mix milk, mustard and salt and pour over cheese. Pour beaten eggs on top. Pour remaining milk mixture over eggs. Top with slices of cheese, if desired.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
