    1 c.shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c.Organic Valley sour cream
    ¼ c.chopped green pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    2. Pour egg mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.
