Egg and Macaroni Salad

1 (7.25 oz) pkg Kraft macaroni and cheese | ||
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen peas | ||
½ c. chopped celery | ||
½ c. chopped onion | ||
¾ c. mayonnaise | ||
½ tsp. salt | ||
black pepper | ||
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Add the powdered cheese packet. Do not add milk or butter. Mix well. Cool thoroughly.
- Add peas, celery, onion, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and eggs. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
