1 tbsp. Hy-Vee yellow mustard | ||
¼ c. chopped green onion | ||
3 lbs. Hy-Vee russet potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked | ||
6 Hy-Vee large eggs, hard-cooked, peeled, chopped | ||
Paprika, optional |
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir salad dressing, mustard and green onion until blended.
- Gently stir in potatoes and eggs. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or until chilled.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving, if desired.
