8 oz. firm tofu, crumbled and drained well | ||
1 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee mustard | ||
1 tsp. sugar | ||
¼ c. minced celery | ||
1 tsp. minced green onion tops | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee sweet pickle relish, drained | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
salt and pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Combine tofu, mustard, sugar, celery, onion tops, pickle relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Chill for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
