    ½ c. hoisin sauce
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee low-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tbsp. sesame oil
    1 lbs. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced across the grain
    1 (16 oz) bag Birds Eye frozen SteamFresh broccoli florets
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 small red onion, chopped
    3 clove(s) garlic, minced
    Hot cooked rice, optional

    Directions

    1. In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha and ground ginger; set aside.
    2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high to high heat. Add oil and sirloin, cooking until browned.
    3. Add broccoli, red pepper, green pepper, carrots, onion and garlic, sautéing until tender.
    4. Add sauce, stirring to coat, and cook until just thickened.
    5. Serve over rice, if desired.
