|½ c.||Hershey's special dark chocolate baking cocoa powder|
|2 tbsp.||Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|¾ tsp.||Hy-Vee salt|
|½ c.||Hy-Vee unsalted butter|
|6||to 7 tbsp. water|

In a large bowl, stir together flour, dark cocoa, sugar, and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in butter until pieces are pea sized.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon ice water over part of the flour mixture; gently toss with a fork. Push moistened dough to side of bowl. Repeat with additional ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until all of the flour mixture is moistened.
Sprinkle dusting mixture on a clean work surface. Add dough to work surface and sprinkle with additional dusting mixture. Roll pastry from the center to the edge, working to create a thin circle. Ease pastry circle into an 8-or-9-inch pie plate. Trim pie dough to hang 1-to-2-inches over the sides. Crimp edges as desired.
Fill pie pastry with desired filling and prepare according to recipe instructions.
