| 1 (1.48 oz) pkg Simply Organic Alfredo mix | ||
| 1 ½ c. milk | ||
| 1 ½ tbsp. margarine or butter | ||
| 1 (12 oz) box soft tofu | ||
| 1 (10 oz) box Cascadian Farm organic broccoli and cheese, plus ingredients called for on package | ||
| ¼ tsp. minced garlic | ||
| ½ tsp. salt | ||
| freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare Alfredo mix with milk and margarine (or butter) according to package directions.
- Puree tofu in blender until smooth.
- Add tofu to Alfredo sauce and stir well to combine.
- Cook broccoli and cheese according to package directions. Add to Alfredo mixture.
- Stir in garlic, salt and pepper.
