8 oz. broad egg noodles, prepared according to package directions
3 eggs, beaten lightly
8 oz. creamed cottage cheese
2 tbsp. butter, melted
⅓ c. sugar
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
¾ c. golden raisins
⅓ c. buttered cornflake crumbs


  1. Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  2. In large bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, butter, sugar, salt, lemon rind, cinnamon and nutmeg. Gently fold in noodles. Stir in raisins. Place in 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
