    2 ¼ lbs. boneless pork loin
    1 c. apple cider
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour

    Directions

    1. Place pork loin in a 4-1/2-quart slow cooker. Pour in cider. Sprinkle pork loin with pumpkin pie spice. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
    2. Remove 1 cup juice from slow cooker. Place in a small saucepan. Whisk in flour. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 minute or until desired consistency.
    3. Slice pork loin in half. Slice one half into slices. Serve with sauce.
    4. Allow the other half to cool slightly and shred. Refrigerate shredded pork to use in Speedy BBQ Pork Sandwiches.
