|1 c. Hy-Vee Italian low-fat salad dressing|
|1 (2 to 3 pound) top loin pork roast|
|1 tsp. garlic pepper|
|1 tsp. Italian seasoning|
- Pour salad dressing into resealable plastic bag; add pork, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove pork from dressing and pat dry with paper towels; discard remaining salad dressing.
- Sprinkle pork with seasonings and place in shallow pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until internal temperature is 155 degrees.
