    1 scoop Performance Inspired vanilla bean flavor whey protein powder
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 c. Hy-Vee frozen unsweetened dark sweet cherries
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee mini semisweet chocolate baking chips
    1 ½ c. dark chocolate-flavor melting wafers, melted

    • 12 (2½-in.) muffin-cup pan
    • Silicone baking cups
    • 12 wooden craft sticks
    • Medium microwave-safe bowl

    Directions

    1. Whisk together yogurt, protein powder and honey in a medium bowl. Fold in frozen cherries and chocolate chips.

    2. Line a 12 (2½-in.) muffin-cup pan with silicone baking cups. Pour mixture into prepared muffin cups. Freeze for 30 minutes or until partially frozen. Insert a wooden craft stick into the center of each. Freeze for 2 to 4 hours more or until solid.

    3. Meanwhile, place melting wafers in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH at 15-second intervals until melted, stirring each time.

    4. Spoon melted chocolate on top of frozen yogurt cups; freeze until chocolate is set. To serve, remove from muffin-cup pan; remove silicone liners. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
