    1 lbs. chicken tenders, in 3/4-inch pieces
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 (15.5 oz) can black beans, drained
    1 (15.5 oz) can Great Northern beans, drained
    1 (14.5 oz) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
    2 tbsp. Texas-style chili powder seasoning mix


    1. Spray large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until pan is hot.
    2. Add chicken and onion. Cook and stir over medium to medium-high heat for 5 to 8 minutes, or until chicken is browned.
    3. Stir in black beans, Great Northern beans, stewed tomatoes and chili seasoning mix.
    4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
