    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (1.25-oz.) packet McCormick 30%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
    ½ c. red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    ½ c. green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 c. Swanson 33%-less-sodium chicken broth
    1 (15.8-oz.) can Bush's reduced-sodium great northern beans
    1 (10-oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chiles
    1 (8-oz.) can Hunts tomato sauce
    Optional Toppings
    6 tbsp. Dannon Oikos plain Greek yogurt, divided
    ¼ c. fresh cilantro, chopped, divided
    1 avocado, peeled, seeded, chopped, divided
    ½ c. Kraft reduced-fat finely shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided

    Directions

    1. Spray a stockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Place turkey, onion and seasoning mix in stockpot. Cook over medium heat until turkey is brown and onion is tender.
    2. Stir in bell peppers, broth, beans, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Serve with desired toppings split between four bowls.
