    ½ c. margarine, softened
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 oz. chocolate chips


    1. Bake for 15 minutes.
    2. Beat together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in eggs and bananas. Stir in flour and baking soda. Fold in chocolate chips. Divide among 18 prepared muffin cups.
    3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tins with 18 paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
