    1 c. Hy-Vee unsweetened applesauce
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    ⅔ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    ¼ c. water
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp. ground allspice
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select muesli cereal
    1 c. Hy-Vee raisins

    Directions

    1. Combine applesauce, oil, sugar, egg and water. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
    2. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cereal. Add dry ingredients and raisins to egg mixture. Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined.
    3. Spoon batter into greased or lined muffin pan. Fill 3/4 full.
    4. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.
