1 c. Hy-Vee unsweetened applesauce | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 Hy-Vee large egg | ||
¼ c. water | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon | ||
½ tsp. ground allspice | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee Select muesli cereal | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee raisins |
Directions
- Combine applesauce, oil, sugar, egg and water. Using an electric mixer, beat for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice, salt and cereal. Add dry ingredients and raisins to egg mixture. Beat on low speed until thoroughly combined.
- Spoon batter into greased or lined muffin pan. Fill 3/4 full.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately.
