    1 packet(s) Louis Rich Italian-flavored chicken strips
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed & cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 medium red bell pepper, julienned
    1 medium yellow bell pepper, julienned
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    ¼ c. diced onion
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    ⅔ tsp. garlic salt
    12 (8-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas, warmed

    Directions

    1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, combine chicken, olive oil, asparagus, red pepper, yellow pepper, mushrooms and onion.
    2. Cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender - about 8 to 10 minutes.
    3. Stir in lemon juice and garlic salt.
    4. Spoon 1/2 cup of vegetable/meat mixture on each tortilla. Fold in sides.
