Directions
Combine hoisin sauce, honey, remaining 2 tablespoons lime zest, remaining 1/3 cup lime juice and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, over medium to medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often.
Pour hoisin sauce mixture over chicken; toss to coat. Serve with yogurt sauce for dipping. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro leaves, if desired.
