    ¼ c.Hy-Vee mayonnaise
    ½ tsp.plus 2 tbsp. grated lime zest, divided
    1 tbsp.plus 1/3 c. fresh lime juice, divided
    2 tsp.fresh cilantro, chopped, plus additional leaves for garnish
    Hy-Vee salt
    2 lbs.chicken wingettes and drumettes, about 20 pieces
    1 tbsp.Hy-Vee canola oil
    ½ tsp.Hy-Vee garlic salt
    ¼ tsp.Hy-Vee black pepper
    ½ c.hoisin sauce
    c.Hy-Vee honey
    1 tsp.fresh ginger, grated
    Lime wedges, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick spray. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Toss chicken with oil in a large bowl; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place chicken on prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until done (165 degrees), turning halfway through. Transfer to a large clean bowl.

    2. Combine hoisin sauce, honey, remaining 2 tablespoons lime zest, remaining 1/3 cup lime juice and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, over medium to medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often.

    3. Pour hoisin sauce mixture over chicken; toss to coat. Serve with yogurt sauce for dipping. Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro leaves, if desired.
