Spicy Chicken Wings

1 ½ c. Dole pineapple juice | ||
¾ c. minced yellow onion | ||
¾ c. minced green onion | ||
6 tbsp. soy sauce | ||
1 ½ tbsp. oil | ||
1 ½ tbsp. vinegar | ||
1 ½ tbsp. sugar | ||
1 tbsp. thyme, crumbled | ||
1 ½ tsp. allspice | ||
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 ½ tsp. black pepper | ||
1 tsp. ground nutmeg | ||
¾ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
½ tsp. salt | ||
2 lbs. chicken wings/drummettes | ||
1 ½ tsp. cornstarch |
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken and cornstarch. Pour one cup over chicken wings. Marinate 30 minutes.
- Remove chicken to broiler pan. Brush wings with marinade. Broil 5 inches from heat source for 14 minutes, turning once.
- Whisk cornstarch into remaining marinade. Cook, stirring until boils and thickens. Serve with chicken.
