1 (8 oz) pkg DeBoles rice spirals
2 (8 oz each) containers Hy-Vee low-fat cherry vanilla yogurt
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. blueberries
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained
¼ c. Hy-Vee sliced almonds, toasted

Directions

  1. Cook spirals according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water to cool. Drain.
  2. Stir together spirals, yogurt, honey, ginger and cinnamon.
  3. Gently stir in pineapple chunks, strawberries, blueberries and oranges. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
  4. Just prior to serving, sprinkle with almonds.
