    1. Pulse roasted nuts in a 14-cup food processor 10 to 15 times until the nuts have a finely chopped consistency.

    2. Add in desired flavors, a dash of salt, and an oil (like coconut or avocado) to prevent the nut butter from becoming too dry.

    3. Process for 5 to 10 minutes (or until creamy), stopping every few minutes to scrape down the sides of the food processor with a spatula.
