2 c. Hy-Vee lightly salted cashew halves and pieces
¼ c. avocado oil
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey

  • Food processor
  • Spatula
  • Airtight container, for storage

Directions

  1. Place cashew halves and pieces in food processor. Cover and pulse 10 to 15 times until finely chopped. With processor running, slowly pour in avocado oil and honey. Continue processing 6 to 7 minutes or until smooth and creamy, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides. 

  2. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
