    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee canola oil, divided
    ½ c. white onion, chopped
    ½ c. Hy-Vee brown sugar, packed
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dry mustard
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee honey mustard
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard
    1 c. Coca-Cola
    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita balsamic vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    ½ c. Hy-Vee ketchup
    2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thighs

    Directions

    1. Make Sauce: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes or until slightly softened. Stir in brown sugar, dry mustard, honey mustard, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thickened.  

    2. Add Coca-Cola, balsamic vinegar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup; stir to combine. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. 

    3. Make Chicken: Heat remaining oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add half of chicken and cook 5 to 7 minutes, flip; cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees), brush with sauce. Brush sides again with sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Repeat with remaining chicken. Serve chicken with additional sauce.
