    1 lbs. ground beef
    1 tbsp. dried onion
    1 tbsp. diced green peppers
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp. milk
    12 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. sugar
    ⅓ c. vinegar
    3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce


    1. Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, eggs, milk and crushed Ritz crackers. Form into balls and brown on all sides in skillet on top of stove.
    2. Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Place meatballs in sauce. Simmer on top of stove for 30 minutes.
    3. Serve in crockpot to keep warm.
