    1 lbs. ground ham
    1 ½ lbs. ground pork steak
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. bread crumbs
    ½ c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    ½ c. water
    1 ½ c. brown sugar


    1. Mix ground ham, ground pork steak, eggs, milk and bread crumbs together. Form into meatballs. Place balls in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
    2. Mix together vinegar, mustard, water and brown sugar. Pour over meatballs.
    3. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
