    4 (12 oz each) Hy-Vee Choice Reserve New York strip steaks
    Hy-Vee sea salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    16 oz. sliced baby bella mushrooms
    1 ½ tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried Italian seasoning
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee heavy whipping cream
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

      Directions

      1. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
      2. Season steaks with salt and black pepper. Grill steaks for 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (130 degrees) or 12 to 15 minutes for medium (140 degrees), turning once through cooking.

      3. Meanwhile, to make mushroom sauce, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in cream and continue to cook 5 to 6 minutes more, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
      4. Serve steaks topped with prepared mushroom sauce.
