Directions
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat.
Season steaks with salt and black pepper. Grill steaks for 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare (130 degrees) or 12 to 15 minutes for medium (140 degrees), turning once through cooking.
- Meanwhile, to make mushroom sauce, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in cream and continue to cook 5 to 6 minutes more, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Serve steaks topped with prepared mushroom sauce.
