4 boneless New York strip steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 2.5 pounds) | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar | ||
1 c. lite soy sauce | ||
1 (12 oz) can pineapple juice concentrate, thawed |
Directions
- Place steaks in a resealable plastic bag.
- In a medium bowl, stir together vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple juice concentrate. Pour over steaks. Close bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours and up to 12 hours, turning occasionally.
- Heat grill.
- Remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade.
- Grill uncovered for 12 to 16 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally.
