    4 boneless New York strip steaks, cut 1-inch thick (about 2.5 pounds)
    1 c. Hy-Vee Select red wine vinegar
    1 c. lite soy sauce
    1 (12 oz) can pineapple juice concentrate, thawed

    Directions

    1. Place steaks in a resealable plastic bag.
    2. In a medium bowl, stir together vinegar, soy sauce and pineapple juice concentrate. Pour over steaks. Close bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours and up to 12 hours, turning occasionally.
    3. Heat grill.
    4. Remove steaks from marinade. Discard marinade.
    5. Grill uncovered for 12 to 16 minutes or until desired doneness, turning occasionally.
