    1 (10 oz) package frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained
    2 drop(s) red food coloring
    1 (8 oz) tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
    1 Hy-Vee angel food cake, prepared according to package directions
    large, fresh strawberries, optional


    1. Fold strawberries and food coloring into thawed non-dairy whipped dropping.
    2. Slice angel food cake in half.
    3. Spread strawberry topping between layers and put layers together. Spread topping on top and sides of cake.
    4. Garnish with large, fresh strawberries, if desired.
