    Serves 4
    6 tbsp. olive oil, divided
    3 tbsp. water
    1 ½ tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp Durkee Kansas City spicy steak seasoning, divided
    1 lbs. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 (10 oz) pkg salad mix
    1 red and yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
    1 c. tortilla chips, slightly crushed
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tbsp. lemon juice


    1. Combine olive oil, water and steak seasoning in a zip-lock bag. Add meat, close bag and toss to coat. Marinate 15 minutes.
    2. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and steak seasoning in a small bowl and set aside.
    3. Remove meat from bag; discard bag and remaining marinade.
    4. Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.
    5. Combine salad mix, peppers and dressing in a large bowl. Top with beef and tortilla chips.
