    1 lbs. 80% lean ground beef
    1 small head iceberg lettuce, cored and roughly chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    ¼ c. chopped yellow onion
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese
    1 c. Hy-Vee ranch croutons
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light ranch dressing

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain beef and rinse with hot water.
    2. Meanwhile, toss together lettuce, peppers, onions, cheese and croutons in a large bowl.
    3. Stir in hot ground beef and ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
