    1 Hy-Vee spiral-cut ham
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee brown mustard
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cloves
    2 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 oz. bourbon, poured into a clean spray bottle
    2 c. crushed Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran Cereal

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
    2. Remove ham from plastic. Place ham cut-side-down in a roasting pan. Cover ham with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees. Remove ham from oven.
    3. Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees.
    4. Dry ham with paper towels.
    5. Stir together mustard, ginger and cloves. With a basting brush, brush mixture on ham. Pack brown sugar over mustard mixture. Spray brown sugar with bourbon. Pack cereal over bourbon.
    6. Return uncovered ham to oven and bake until interior temperature reaches 140 degrees, approximately 1 hour.
    7. Allow ham to rest for 1/2 hour before serving.
