6 (10-inch) Hy-Vee burrito-size flour tortillas
1 (16-oz.) can Hy-Vee refried beans, divided
2 (6-oz. each) pkgs. Hy-Vee grilled southwestern seasoned chicken breast strips, divided
1 (14.5-oz.) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained, divided
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded taco cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spread 1/4 cup refried beans down the center of each tortilla. Top each tortilla with chicken and 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes. Fold in ends of tortillas; roll up burrito style.

  3. Place seam sides down in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with cheese and remaining tomatoes.

  4. Cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
