    3 c. Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken, shredded
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee sweet grape tomatoes, halved
    1 c. fresh basil, chopped
    ⅓ c. lemon-turmeric vinaigrette

    Directions

    1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add orzo. Cook 12 to 14 minutes or until al dente. Drain and cool.

    2. Combine orzo, rotisserie chicken, grape tomatoes, and basil. Toss with lemon-turmeric vinaigrette. Chill 2 hours. Season with black pepper just before serving.
