    3 oz. lean ground beef
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh or frozen onion
    1 tbsp. ketchup
    ½ tsp. prepared mustard
    ⅛ tsp. chili powder
    ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    ½ tsp. salt
    black pepper
    1 roll

    Directions

    1. Place ground beef in a 1-pint microwave-safe container. Break up beef with a fork.
    2. Cook for 1 minute (in a 700-watt microwave oven) or for 42 seconds (in a 1000-watt microwave oven) at 100% power. Beef will still be pink. Mix well with fork until pink color is gone.
    3. Add onion, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well with rubber spatula.
    4. Cover container with a paper towel.
    5. Cook for 1 minute in a 700-watt microwave oven or for 42 seconds in a 1000-watt microwave oven - at 100% power. Set aside.
    6. Slice off the top portion of the roll and set top aside.
    7. Press down inside of the roll with a small spoon to form a hollow.
    8. Fill hollow with meat filling.
    9. Cover with sliced-off crust.
