    2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil
    1 c. Gustare Vita roasted peppers, drained and slightly chopped
    2 shallots, coarsely chopped
    1 dash(es) Hy-Vee salt
    1 dash(es) Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    1 c. Gustare Vita canned whole peeled tomatoes, drained
    2 sprig(s) fresh oregano
    8 oz. Fish Market natural peeled and deveined raw shrimp (31 to 40 ct.)
    1 (6-oz.) pkg. lump crabmeat
    ½ c. seafood stock
    Fresh basil, for garnish

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep warm.

    2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add roasted peppers, shallots, garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

    3. Stir in tomatoes and oregano sprigs. Slightly crush tomatoes with back of spoon. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat.

    4. Add pasta to tomato mixture; stir to coat. Stir in shrimp, crabmeat and seafood stock. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp reach 145 degrees. Remove and discard oregano. Garnish with basil, if desired.
