Serve a quick, savory Italian seafood dinner using Gustare Vita products imported directly from Italy and delicate Hy-Vee peeled shrimp.

Directions
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add roasted peppers, shallots, garlic, salt and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomatoes and oregano sprigs. Slightly crush tomatoes with back of spoon. Cook for 3 minutes over low heat.
Add pasta to tomato mixture; stir to coat. Stir in shrimp, crabmeat and seafood stock. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until shrimp reach 145 degrees. Remove and discard oregano. Garnish with basil, if desired.
