Smoked Turkey and Roasted Red Pepper Wraps

4 | (8-inch each) sun-dried tomato basil tortillas | |
1 c. | shredded Hy-Vee Monterey jack cheese, divided | |
½ lbs. | Hy-Vee deli smoked turkey breast | |
¼ c. | chopped, jarred, roasted red pepper, patted dry |
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl; set aside.
- Spread 1-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese on top.
- Roll individual turkey slices and arrange in a line down center of each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute roasted red pepper pieces on turkey slices.
- Roll up tortillas and cut in half to serve.
