|1||Pillsbury Artisan pizza crust|
|1 tbsp.||olive oil|
|1 ½ tbsp.||honey|
|1 c.||shredded Parmesan cheese, divided|
|3 to 4 c. Mediterranean-Roasted Brussels Sprouts|
|⅓ lbs.||Black Forest ham, chopped roughly into 1/3-inch pieces|
|2 tbsp.||chopped pecans|
|¼ c.||shredded Asiago cheese|
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 15-by-10-inch rimmed baking pan with non-stick spray.
- Gently stretch and press dough to cover pan. Brush crust with olive oil. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle honey over crust. Brush with pastry brush to evenly distribute over crust.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Evenly spread roasted Brussels sprouts over crust; top evenly with chopped ham and pecans. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and Asiago cheeses over sprouts.
- Return to oven and bake 8 to 12 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, cool slightly and cut in rectangles before serving.
