|4 slice(s) Hy-Vee sweet-smoked thick-sliced bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|1 ½ c. thinly sliced celery|
|¼ c. Gustare Vita white wine vinegar|
|2 tbsp. Gustare Vita extra virgin olive oil|
|1 tbsp. Hy-Vee spicy brown mustard|
|1 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt|
|½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper|
|Italian parsley, chopped, for garnish|

Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 10 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
