Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place gnocchi in a large bowl. Stir in burrata cheese, pesto, and olive oil. Lightly toss in tomatoes. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours. Just before serving, stir in arugula.
